Licensed Bonded and Insured to construct residential and commercial projects from new home construction down to custom remodels and Barns. Joaquin and his crew specialize in all things ranging from floor plan consultation & design, project planning and managing the whole residential building process to completion.
Spring of 2021, brings new services including full landscaping, hardscaping and irrigation to our land management offerings. We are looking forward to how this will round out the full experience for our clients from beginning to end of your home building and development needs.

Our 62 x 156 indoor riding arena roof collapsed under record snow. I got several bids, Grant being one of them. He answered his phone, promptly showed up, explained very thoroughly how he was going to repair the roof. Gave me a very competitve bid, so we hired him to do the job. He showed up on time, kept us informed during the project and completed it timely. They were highly recommended to me and we were 100% satisfied with our choice to use them. They did a very quality job!
Joaquin and crew were a joy to work with. I wanted to try some new products and equipment and Joaquin was up for the challenge. He was easy to get a hold of and communicated with us for any changes or issues that came up. His framers and finish carpenters were highly skilled. He works with select sub-contractors who do very good work as well. We did have one issue with an insulation contractor that didn't put enough insulation in the attic. I called Joaquin and he stopped by and crawled up in the rafters to check the depth, then called the sub contractor to have them come and fix it. Overall I would definitely use Grant Custom Homes if we were to build again.
